Q: Can I pay using credit cards or Paypal?

A: No, currently the only payment gateway available is through local online bank transfer or cash upon collection.

PRE-ORDER/BOOKING INFORMATION

Q: Can I pre-order Funko Pops that's not available on the website?

A: Yes, you just need to send us pictures of the Pop you want to find through Whatsapp at +6738982838.

 

Q: Are there additional cost on top of the quoted prices for pre-orders?

A: No, all quoted prices for pre-orders are final which includes shipping cost from the States and Brunei customs tax.

 

Q: Can I pre-order Funko Pops that's out of stock from Poppin' The Box?

A: Yes, you'll need Whatsapp at +6738982838 to check for stock availability.

 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for pre-orders?

A: Yes, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total purchase cost is required. However, you're more than welcome if you wish to pay in full amount upon confirmation of your order.

 

Q: How long will it take for my pre-orders to arrive?

A: Due the recent strict regulations of Brunei customs, your pre-order will take at least 6 weeks to arrive.

 

Q: What should I do if my pre-orders do not arrive as per their ETA (estimated time of arrival)?

A: When you place a pre-order with us we turn around and make a commitment to our suppliers to purchase these products for you. We will guarantee you will get your item no matter how long it takes. If you are not willing to wait PLEASE DO NOT PRE-ORDER. Deposit will be fully refunded if Funko decided to cut off and cannot fulfill the pre-order.

 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for booking of in stock items?

A: Yes, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total purchase cost is required. If there's any cancellation of the booking, a 15% of the total cost will be charged (deduct from deposit) and the remaining of the deposit will be refunded.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Q: What's the difference between US retailer stickers (for example Hot Topic, Box Lunch, Walmart, Amazon and others) and silver special edition stickers?

A: Exclusive Pops with US retailer stickers are only available from US and silver special edition are US retailer exclusives that have been made available to an international retailer. However, the Pops and their boxes are exactly the same. The prices of silver special edition stickers Pops are always cheaper than the US retailer stickers version.
